Issue In Listing Deatil Page

Hy!
Hope you will be fine.
I am facing an issue that when anyone post an ad on my site, on classified listing detail page or on rtcl-listing page location of ad shown wrong way as it should be displayed first level-1 (State), level-2 (City), level-3(Town) or level-3, level-2, level-1, instead it is showing now as level-3(Town), level-1 (State) and level-2 (City). kindly help me to do the needful to correct the display sequence. I have tried to edit ……
i. site > wp content > plugin >classified listings > app > resources > listing details.php
ii. site > wp content > plugin >classified listings >template > listing form > Contact.php
iii. Site >wp content > plugin > classified listings > view > Settings > General Settings.php
But did not succeed.
