Issue in Global setting for assigning points to all products at once feature

    Hi team, we are using your plugin. Thank you for the plugin. I found an issue in Global setting for assigning points to all products at once feature.

    If we set this feature, this will only affect the existing products. That means, if we add a new product, then we have to save the option again. This is not possible to save the option after creating each products. So please support us to solve this problem. Thank you.

    Hey @albyse ,

    Thank you for using our plugin,

    We suggest you to assign points to the product when you are creating it which is similiar to the global points then in this case you don’t need to save the settings .
    For this: Go to product edit page > Product data > Points and Rewards > Enter the points

    After this, you don’t need to save the settings every time.

    Hi, Thank you for the support. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the feature you mentioned in product edit page. Can you please just send a screenshot of product edit page > Product data > Points and Rewards.

    Hello @albyse ,

    Please make sure you are using pro version of the plugin. Because “Per product assign” feature is available in the pro version only.
