    Hi

Whenever someones order gets failed on my site https://www.stshop.in, the order shows as a pending order in My Account > my orders and there are three buttons shown in front of it as ‘Pay’ ‘View’ ‘Cancel’. and whenever I click on pay a very distorted page opens us.

Is there a way where in if the order gets failed the same shows as ‘FAILED ORDER’ in My Account> My Orders page and the three buttons ‘Pay’ ‘View’ ‘Cancel’ dont show and the product still remains in the cart?

    Hey there!

This sounds like the main issue is the distorted page. This sounds like your theme or plugin is overriding templates for your cart/checkout pages.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

As for changing how failed orders work, this is possible but would require quite a bit of customization in how WooCommerce works.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

Can you help me with a code that will hide this ‘Pay View & Cancel’ option from my account orders page.

If it even hides this whole order it is fine. I only want successfull or processing orders to be displayed to customers. Other all can be hidden.

This would require more complex development. I’ll go ahead and leave this thread open for a while in case anyone else wants to chime in, but in the meantime, I can also recommend the following resources for more development-oriented questions:
