It sounds like something’s gone wonky with your database. Start by optimizing/repairing it with PHPMYADMIN: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-database-features/optimizing-and-repairing-mysql-databases-with-phpmyadmin

If things are still on and off after that, ask your host to look into it, reviewing the DB server’s logs.

guess what, i was at the site health page of wordpress and while i was still looking at it…. suddenly screen turned to “Error establishing a database connection”
Page wasn’t even loading…. it’s like it’s kicking me out on purpose !

Talk to your host. They’re having problems.

i did , i removed a script of holidaycheck and some icons elements and that seem to fix it

however my bigger problem overtime is the “Error establishing database connection”
while editing content in wordpress or if 2 users are editing same time
or even me editing 2 pages

it freezes the website…. really that’s not good
