Issue imprting feed from Libsyn

Hello,
I am trying to migrate a podcast from Libsyn to my own WordPress site with SSP. I tried the import feature, but the result was the message “Import Completed Successfully” with no episodes imported or posts created. (There were no messages below the green progress bar, only the final message above it.) I tried both Post and Podcast and the post type. I followed the process here:

I have 2 other questions related to importing a podcast. First, is there a way, or what do I need to do, so that the migrated episodes are unchanged for the subscribers. (Listened to episodes don’t automatically download again.)
Second, I use my own domain with Libsyn and will change that to the WordPress site, so I just need to change the path to the feed. The libsyn format that I have submitted to iTunes and so on is: https://fiveminutesofmime.com/rss
With SSP, the path will be: https://fiveminutesofmime.com/feed/podcast/To confirm, I want to redirect the feed to the new path from Libsyn ONLY following:
