Issue importing from texte box or CSV file

    Dear,

    I cannot import any contact from the text box nor the csv file method.
    I made sure to separate all the fields with a comma “,”.
    Yet, neither the file nor the text box are recognized.
    Btw I’m on the free plan.

    Could you advise please ?
