Issue with plugin in new directory

  • We have three copies our store where the blog is integrated. Live, staging and one on our local machine. On each of them, there is an error: “Fatal error: Call to a member function getLayout() on a non-object in /home/servername/public_html/staging/journal/wp-content/plugins/magento-wordpress-integration/mwi.php on line 25”.

    We have just moved directory on the server. Everything is fine when we set the store to the original directory where the plugin was installed. However while moving all the files across, we can’t get it to work in the new directory. There are paths in database where we changed the url, e.g. mwi_options -> magepath. Without success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
