    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to generate shipping labels using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin for USPS labels on my website, https://3sjshop.com/. I am encountering error messages which are hindering my ability to complete transactions successfully.

    When attempting to generate a label, I encountered the following error message: “Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.” In an attempt to resolve this issue, I removed the payment card associated with my account and added it again. However, upon attempting to re-add the card, I encountered another error: “Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.”

    These errors are preventing me from generating shipping labels efficiently, and I am concerned about the impact on my business operations.

    Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your assistance in resolving these errors as soon as possible. If there are any steps I need to take on my end or if further information is required from my side, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    I open the ticket 24 hours ago but still there is no response from WooCommerce end.

    Can you chare the ticket number, please? Please know that tickets are handled on a first come first served basis, but I’m sure your ticket will be served soon.

    I am having the same problem my ticket number is 8029994 this needs to be fixed asap problems like this should not just go to first come first served because problems like this will make me loose customers

    I understand the urgency of the matter and appreciate your patience while our team works on it. For now I can confirm your ticket has been received 45 minutes ago, our Happiness Engineers will take care of it and address this over the ticket itself once it’s resolved.

    Hi @customcv, try to use a different card and hopefully It resolved the issue.

    This is my second card, previous one also having same issue .

    Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.

    And now on adding another card I am getting “Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.” Please Help

    Hi @customcv, Try to add the card from a different computer or device and use another Internet connection, If still this not resolve the issue then contact the Woo customer support by open the support ticket.

    Hello, I have an issue while trying to pay and generate shipping labels, I get an error below:

    When I tried to change my card, I get error HYMNCA.

    I need to print out and ship our my orders on URGENT basis please.
