Hi! I would like to inform you about an issue we are experiencing with the emails received by our sellers. In our store we sell products to a specific country, but our customers are located outside of that country. Therefore, in the checkout flow, it is necessary for the customer to provide their personal information and select an alternative shipping address, which will correspond to the customer receiving the order. This alternative address includes the first name, last name, address, phone number, email, and additional notes.

The problem arises when an order involves more than one seller. The email sent to each seller with the order details does not include the customer’s email and phone number that they added in the alternative address.

It’s important to note that we added these fields through a plugin to modify the forms of WooCommerce, as these two fields are not included by default.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review and help me to resolve this issue. It is crucial for the sellers to have all the necessary details to properly process the orders and get in touch with the customers if needed.

Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance with this matter!

    Hello @damara92 ,

Based on our response, you mentioned that another plugin offers two additional fields on the WooCommerce checkout page. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any information regarding the other plugin.

In this scenario, we recommend reaching out directly to the support or contact team of the plugin you are referring to. The plugin’s author will likely be in the best position to provide you with accurate and detailed guidance regarding these additional fields and how they integrate with the default field information in vendor emails.

    Thanks for understanding.

I used the “Flexible Checkout Fields” plugin to add additional fields. These additional fields are included in all generated reports. However, the email received by the seller, which is generated by Dokan, has this issue.

When a customer makes a purchase that includes products from a single seller, the email arrives correctly to the seller with all the necessary data. The problem arises when the purchase includes products from multiple sellers, and Dokan sends a new order notification email to each seller with their respective order details. In these emails, the aforementioned fields, which are sent correctly in other emails, appear empty.

I appreciate your assistance in this matter in advance!

    Hello @damara92,

Thank you for sharing the plugin information with us. I believe you are already aware of the compatibility status between the Dokan and mentioned plugin. Currently, any official integration is unavailable. Add the additional information field in the Email body, it requires customizing the Dokan plugin. We are unable to offer any customization-related support according to our Support Policy.

    Thank you for understanding.
