ISSUE: Elegant Theme EXTRA

  • Whether it is a recent update for the theme, or the plugin…

    When Nextscripts is enabled, the themes ability to choose images from the media gallery is blocked.

    Here is the theme…

    So, this is a heavy social media site, and I have to disable Nextscripts to add a post with images. Once I have saved the draft, I must enable Nextscripts, then publish.

    Just a heads up….not sure if their very popular DIVI yheme does the same thing yet.

    We use DIVI on some of our own sites. SNAP has no problem with Elegant themes.

    The most common reason for this is the amount of memory allowed for PHP on your server. Please check and make sure it’s not 32M or less. You need at least 64M, but if you have other plugins 128M or even 256M is recommended.

    Another possible problem is broken curl/sslcurl, please check CurlSSL from Help/Support tab.
