Issue during checkout.

Hi

I’m having some problems during the checkout with you plugin. I’m using the flat rate option for my own country and your plugin for some other country areas. When I checkout and having my own country listed it shows up as (free). I only want this plugin to activate when a person outside my country makes an order. Is that possible?
