• The issue has to do with once the plugin is installed in combination with any other that adds header code. For some reason, users cannot log into their customer accounts when another plugin that adds code to the header is activated. For ex) Google Analytics, Sitekit, Tag Manager, Header-Footer Snippets etc.

See here quick videos that demonstrate the issue. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zQp6ELh-WbUGvhzQjaPrf3GEe26QikNA (one of it working, one of it not working)

    Hi @admindroidturf,

We don’t have this issue on our test site, can you please try to test this on the default WordPress theme?
Please try to disable other plugins so we can rule out conflicts with one of your plugins.

    Regards.

I tried disabling all the plugins and re-enabling one by one. The culprit seems to be my header-footer injections plugin. However, it’s not plugin itself, it’s when I add any code to the header. I tried out a different plugin that serves the same purpose and it yielded the same exact issue. I also tried using Google’s Site Kit plugin to insert the tracking code into my site and that also had the issue. When I remove the code, everything works fine.
