Issue creating new page or new post with Astra theme

    Hi, I am trying to create pages or posts for my website, I am currently using the Elementor plugin. But every time I try to create a new post or page and then click on “Edit with Elementor”, I get this error message “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”.

    If I continue on to Elementor, I get this error message “The preview cannot be loaded, error 404.” Even with turning on safe mode I cannot edit the page/post.

    I’ve tried turning off all plugins (except Elementor) and still the same outcome. I did change the Theme to Twenty Twenty Four (WordPress theme) and I could create pages and posts without any problems.

    I’ve also turned on WP_debug to true to no avail.

    Hello,

    From the description, it seems to be the server related issue.

    Can you please once contact the hosting provider regarding the same?
