Issue configuring fields when receiving and replying to an email

Hello.
Whenever I receive an email through the form, the recipient always shows as ‘me’.
Likewise, when I try to reply to an email, it replies to my own email address.
I’ve tried various combinations in the email settings section but nothing is working.
I’ve also yet to receive a reply from the messaging feature on your site.
