• Hello,

I am having a problem with the amount withdrawn from my customers’ bank account.
The currency used is Yen, the thousand separator field is left empty and the decimal separator field is a comma but decimals are disabled (0). I use Stripe for payments.
I have a course that is sold for 3850 Yen and when an order is placed the customer is charged 385,000 yen instead of 3850 yen.

    Here the screenshot:

    An idea ?
    Thanks

    Hello @marocweb ,

Thank you for the request and sorry for the delay in reply.

I should inform you that we have checked the case by purchasing a course on our testing local environment and could not detect any issues with Stripe [screenshot] . For the test, we used the settings mentioned in the provided screenshots.

Could you please ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin and recheck the case with testing Stripe key?

    Best regards,

    Hi, thanks
The stripe keys are good and it is the latest version of the plugin that is installed.
I note that you did not test with my configuration since you tested with dollars while I used Yen. The problem is that the site is now under maintenance due to this bug. Is it possible for you to check my site if necessary?
    Thanks

    Hi @marocweb

Have you checked the case by using other currencies? Moreover, try to remove the separator and test from scratch [screenshot]. Furthermore, you can test by using Woocommerce Stipe checkout as well by activating the Woocommerce checkout option in the LMS settings

    Hi @mgordon7 ,
I changed the currency to dollars and everything is fine (screenshot here).
I removed the decimal separator. All modifications made in Yen result in a ‘bug’.
I don’t want to use WooCommerce because I don’t need it and want to keep the site lightweight.
    Thanks

    Hello @marocweb ,

I should inform you that we have detected the issue with the Yen currency and forwarded it to our testers and developers teams for consideration and once they fix it, we release the update of the LMS plugin. We will inform you in the changelog here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/changelog

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Alright.

Is there a date for the release of the update? because my client can’t wait any longer and asked me to go to another solution if the update does not come quickly.

    Thanks again.

    Hello @marocweb ,

Unfortunately, we can’t provide an exact release date. Some fixes and improvements are taking more time than expected.

Honestly, I don’t think it can be fixed quickly.

I can only offer you using WooCommerce plugin as a temprorary solution.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience once again

    Hello @juliastylemixthemes , thnaks

Ok but so using WooCommerce with your plugin requires purchasing a license, right?

    Hello @marocweb ,

Yes, the WooCommerce integration is available in the LMS Pro and LMS Pro Plus versions only.

We can offer you one more temprorary solution, but it’s very tricky one. You can use price in USD and convert it to yen within the payment method.

    Hi,

Acoording this screenshot, your free version doesn’t offer the possibility to use WooCommerce. Am I wrong?

    Thanks

    Hello @marocweb ,

Yes, as previously stated, the integration with WooCommerce is only available in the LMS Pro and LMS Pro Plus versions. However, you have the option to use USD pricing and convert it to Yen during the payment process.

    Best regards,
