    Hi,

After you last update of your plugin an issue appears. Two of my listings suddenly disappeared from the directory listing page. The two listings appeares on dashboard as expired and they didn’t publish after. The one listing had the choice “Never Expire” and the other had the choice to Expire at 15 December 2020. I made rollback the plugin and then then problem solved. Please check it.

    Thanks

  • Hello @georgefyro

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We could not reproduce the issue on our end. Would you mind attaching a video or screenshots to demonstrate the issue?

Also, you can check if any third-party plugin/theme conflict is creating the issue using “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin.

    Kind regards.

I found the issue. If a listing had expired in the past, then on dashboard has the status expired. If a listing had renewed in the past then has the status renewal. So after update to 6.5.0 the listings that had been expired in the past but now for example has the choice “Never Expire” disapprear with the update.

The problem is that you cannot change the status of a listing. If a listing is published or renewal then there is no problem. If a listing in the past had expired and now is published again, the status “exprired” doesn’t change and with update disappear from all listing page.

I hope to understood. Its a serious issue. Please check it.

    Thanks

Same problem here, rolling back to previous version and all listings reappeared!

    Hi,

The issue didn’t solve after update to 6.5.1.

Please check it. There is exact the same issue.

    Hello @georgefyro

The issue has been resolved as confirmed by some users via the website support. Directorist needs 5 minutes to display the renewed listings as the status check is based on Cron API.

Please renew and wait for 5 minutes. If that doesn’t resolve then there might be some paid features that are causing the issue. So please, contact via our website

    Hi,

I just disabled the choice of delete expired listing on settings and now it’s ok.

    Thanks
