Issue Adding Google Maps Plugins

I am trying to add a Google Mags plugin to my site, but I am having no luck.

what error message do you see when you try to add the plugin?

I am not getting any message, just a blank screen.

How many plugins do you currently have active?
Try disabling all of them and then installing the new plugin and see what happens

I’ve disabled all but one plugin, which is necessary. Still no luck

If I use the theme preview, and switch to a different theme, the map loads.

The Sterling theme is a premium theme. Have you contacted the ethem author about this?

Yes, I’m still waiting on a reply. I was hoping someone might have had the same issue
