    Hi
I client told me that when he add to cart one product, on the checkout page appears other product, like the page is trying to refresh but it doesn’t change, and he can’t buy the product he wants because of that. What could be problem ?

    Take a look : https://we.tl/t-f1CTbGQOx4

Update: I had to clear cache on Cloudflare and finally this problem stop, but just for a moment, then again there is a problem to update the cart. What could be problem ?
Issue is more serious on mobile.

    Hi,

that will make cloudflare cache all your pages which is SUPPOSED NOT TO BE CACHED

and that , will give you a lot of headcache , just like you can’t add item into cart, out-dated content , page not showing new content ….etc

are there some alternative to this apart from cloudflare ? also, I have ESI active on litespeed, isn’t that enough to avoid that kind of problems ?

    Hi,

    no

when cloudflare caches the page , it doesn’t hit backend anymore , ESI won’t help , nothing will help on such case.

so my only chance is to deactivate the cache in general on Cloudflare ?

    Hi,

    no

cloudflare, by default , caches static resources , like CSS, JS , images …etc

however, you force it to cache HTML page , which is you should not to and you should disable it

you can keep use CF ,but just need to disable cache on HTML pages
