Issue activating plugin

    Been running into an issue activating this plugin. I use a tool called WP-CLI to activate plugins via the command line and when activating this plugin I always get the following fatal error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function gde_base_url() in /wp-content/plugins/google-document-embedder/libs/lib-setup.php on line 20

    I’ve been able to resolve it by requiring the functions-admin.php into the gde_defaults function in lib-setup.php and all seems well. Wondering if you could look into this and determine if that’s the proper fix and if so make it in your repo.

    I haven’t had a chance to look into this in detail, especially using WP-CLI, but I will make a note in case we do future work on the plugin.

    It sounds like you have fixed your version for now!
