The situation is a bit complicated, please be patient and read through.
The website is built using WordPress.
    1.?
Administrator A registered a Gmail account (referred to as gmail account-A) and applied for a Google Analytics Tracking ID (referred to as Tracking ID-A). Administrator A used Jeff Starr's GA Google Analytics4 plugin to insert Tracking ID-A for website analysis.
    2.?
Administrator B, unaware of Administrator A's actions, also registered a Gmail account on Google Analytics (referred to as gmail account-B) and applied for another Analytics Tracking ID (referred to as Tracking ID-B).
    3.?
Administrator B downloaded the Google Site Kit plugin and logged in with gmail account-B.
    4.?
Administrator B found that there was no option to insert Tracking ID-B in the Google Site Kit plugin.
    5.?
Administrator B found that some options in the Google Site Kit plugin displayed the message: "Your Google account does not have sufficient permissions for this Analytics property, so you won’t be able to see stats from it on the Site Kit dashboard. This service was originally connected by the administrator 'ivy' — you can contact them for more information."
    6.?
When Administrator B added Key metrics (Most popular products by pageviews and Most engaging pages), they also received the "Insufficient permissions" message.
    7.?
Now, they want to delete Jeff Starr's GA Google Analytics4 plugin and use only Administrator B's Tracking ID-B through the Google Site Kit plugin for analysis. However, due to the involvement of two Analytics Tracking IDs and two Google accounts, even Administrator A is unsure how to proceed.
    8.?
Please provide steps and suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Hello @williamliang, thanks for reaching out and explaining your scenario and the steps taken in detail which are very helpful for us. We advise only using a single Analytics plugin and placing only one property on your site.

There shouldn’t be any issues with removing the Jeff Starr GA Google Analytics4 plugin. Doing this shouldn’t have any impact on Site Kit but if you notice anything then please do let us know. I’d suggest checking once removed, that the Analytics property A has been removed from your site source code.

Once you have done so and you are only using Admin B’s Analytics, ensure that anyone that needs access to this property is granted it from Admin B from their Analytics account. You can check this guide on how to grant these permissions and once you have, any users with these permissions should no longer see any insufficient permissions errors on the Site Kit dashboard.

Please let me know if you have any questions on the above information and if there is anything else I can help with.
