    Hello,

    First of all, congratulation for the excellent Plugin.

    I got a problem at the first time when someone uses this chat. In place where you put the name and email, the box shows:

    Name: <b>Notice</b>: Undefined property: stdClass::$name in <b>/home/USER/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lively-chat-support/chatbox/includes/structure.php</b> on line <b>77</b>

    Email: <b>Notice</b>: Undefined property: stdClass::$email in <b>/home/USER/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lively-chat-support/chatbox/includes/structure.php</b> on line <b>82</b>

    USER: Server Login

    When I refresh the page (F5), the problem is solved. Could you help me?

    Thanks.

    The easy solution is to turn off error reporting (probably turned on by your theme or another plugin). It could be as WP_DEBUG or error_reporting(0);

    I’ll have a peek at the underlying problem and solve it in the next release of the plugin.

    I activated the debug to find possible errors in the site.

    Thanks for the answer. I will wait next release.
