isset issues

I ran into another bunch of isset issues – here are the highlights:

[2014-02-02 16:55:58] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: logo in C:\xampp\htdocs\client\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced.php @ line 329;
[2014-02-02 16:55:58] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: logowidth in C:\xampp\htdocs\client\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced.php @ line 329;
[2014-02-02 16:55:58] PHP Notice: Undefined index: applyCSS in C:\xampp\htdocs\client\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced.php @ line 366;
[2014-02-02 16:55:58] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: html in C:\xampp\htdocs\client\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced\wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced.php @ line 371;

If I get time, I’ll take a look at these and fix them up – so this is mainly FYI ??
