You may find the quickest/easiest route would be to install any of the free plugins that export user data in CSV format and then use that to create a mail merge in Microsoft Word (or equivalent).

We’ll probably end up doing that, I’ve got a couple that I’m looking at now, but the club president wanted me to see if there was a plugin that would do this directly. Thanks for the quick reply.
