I can access the subsite https://fashionbuyersnetwork.com/interntohired/

I installed the plugin coursepress on my site. The moment I activated it my main site when down.

    Try deleting that plugin.

Since you don’t have access to your Dashboard, access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete tat plugin.

I deleted the plugin and I am still getting the error. Is it possible that the plugin changed some other settings on my site that i have to manually restore?

    I get the same error.

Have you tried flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare.

Yes, all plugins have been removed now. I still have no access to the main site or admin, yet subsites work fine.

Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
