ISearch Registry / Database showing Information when putting in Numbers – Plugin

Hello everyone,

i dont know how this is called but i need a plugin for my website which works similiar to DHL / UPS / DPD Parcel Tracking Numbers.

It should do the following thing:
In the Back-End i type in the data for example

John Doe
Something Street 3
Somewhere City 2

and i link this data to a number for example 01234-56789.

So when a customer goes on my website and types this 01234-56789 number into a field
the data will be displayed on the customers screen.

I cant find the correct english word for this kind of thing.
