is_page(home) Logic not working

Hi guys, I have used your plugin on a few of my sites including https://totk.co.uk/ and https://www.roadrunnermarketing.co.uk/ and using the code is_page(home) has worked fine to have the twitter feeds show just on my home page, now I have a new website I have set up called https://www.groomyourbeard.com/ which is the same theme as Road Runner but when I add the widget logic to any right sidebar widget not just the twitter feed it dissapears all together from every page. Can anyone help?
