IS_EMAIL function happens A LOT

I found out I was using Mailgun’s validation service quite a lot and my website was working very slow because the function IS_EMAIL happens a lot of times, especially if you have a woocommerce store where you have many customers emails.

Anyway, I had to stop using the plugin and develop my own function to limit the way I am using the validation service.
