    Hi,
    I tried 2 times to contact your support at help@wptimecapsule.com , without success :/ Is it because have I been automaticaly & wrongly billed by the full licence instead of the “10 licences” plan ?

    May you please answer me in this topic or directly to the mail i used to contact your support ?

    I think everybody here in this popular forum is willing to know if your support is running ok and has the hability to answer to such financial questions ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your request. We did reply to both of your emails.
    Unfortunately, the email didn’t get delivered with the below error.

    Mail couldn’t be delivered
    Reason: fxxxg@gxxxl.fr: xxx.5.7.1 Reject for policy reason RULE3_2. See https://postmaster.gandi.net

    We have downgraded your plan to Freelancer and processed the refund by calculating the price difference. Check your PayPal account, and you should see the refund money immediately.

    Since we downgraded the plan, the auto-renewal is disabled on your account. Kindly ensure that you purchase the Freelancer plan next year and reactivate the auto-renewals.

    I’m so happy to read your answer and this feedback on your attempts to contact me.
    Thank you.
    I checked my email provider (GANDI.NET) and found out that your sendings were estimated as “high spam potentiality” by their automatic filters. Perhaps you could enhance your score on that point ??

    And for the commercial answer, thanks again.
    I’m so happy to be able to continue with the plan I asked you.
    THanks for the refund of the difference.

    BTW the community can appreciate the quick answer of the support of this nice plugin !
