    HI

Have been testing your plugin. Is your plugin mobile friendly ?
Also, I have a table that I have created, but as it has 20 columns which then on PC SHOWS all columns but it extends the width on right side of the entire website which I don’t want.

What can I do to fix the issue on the table issue when you have so many columns ?
Is there a limitation with the columns or rows of the plugin ?

I assume then it will be very difficult to see the table on mobile view fully ?
Will it just wrap around on another line OR extend to the right with an arrow ?

    Thanks
    Kristin

I assumed there would be a scroll button if too many Columns to scroll to the right ?

    Same for the rows ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This essentially is the classic problem of “responsiveness”. For some approaches, including horizontal scrolling, please see https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/

    Tobias

    Thank you
The default time and minute did not change
I fixed this problem with a shortcode in the Elementor plugin.

Finally, thank you for your response. Be the best

    Hi

I’ve downloaded and installed that extension to test.
    I’ve used the code
    [table id=7 responsive=flip? /]

I did remove the breakpoint as I need it responsive in the PC or any device where the columns are wider than the screen.

It is Responsive on mobile now
BUT NOT on the Computer or laptop at all. It keeps going wider than the screen and extends the screen size to the right which I don’t want.
How can I have it repsonsive for the PC & ALL devices across the board basically ?

ALSO The issue on the MOBILE responsiveness is that as I have chosen FLIP as I needed the 1st column to display whilst people are scrolling to the right, the rows in the CONTENT are NOT as tall as the ROW Headers on left that are static, therefore when you scroll you cannot tell whether a $$$ belongs to row 4 or row 6 as the $$ amounts in the other COLUMNS do not line up exactly.

How can I fix this ?

    Thanks
    Kristin

ALSO ONLY on the mobile device it is now showing ADDITIONAL ROWS on the bottom (4 extra) that ARE NOT in the Table template at all. So it seems to add extra rows on the bottom on the responsive version ?

AND it has added extra content into those columns on those 4 rows, that have NO content.

I tried this also BUT adds additional rows on the bottom

    [table id=7 responsive=flip responsive_breakpoint=”all” /]
On all devices as it is set to responsive.

    Hi kristinubute,

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Hi

The website is NOT yet live and under construction. I can’t post a direct link here, but if I can do it privately somewhere then I can.

ALSO The issue on the MOBILE OR PC responsiveness is that as I have chosen FLIP as I needed the 1st column to display whilst people are scrolling to the right, the rows in the CONTENT are NOT as tall as the ROW Headers on left that are static, therefore when you scroll you cannot tell whether a $$$ belongs to row 4 or row 6 as the $$ amounts in the other COLUMNS do not line up exactly.

    Thanks
