    Hi,

I’m interested of buying the pro version of the plugin and I would like to know if it’s compatible with the Elementor page builder and it’s different content widgets (ex: portfolio widgets)?

    Thanks.

    Hello @wrdprssmstr

Yes, sure. With the PRO version you can filter any post types including Portfolio items.

This is what we are trying to do:

This would be the filtering page.

This is an example page where each item would point to.

We were thinking of using portfolio items to generate each item but after some reflexion, the filtered items would be simple posts created with the Elementor page builder. It’s a list of prize winners. Each year the winners change and the prizes remain the same. We want to let visitors search the winners by year, prizes or a winner’s name.

Yes, sure. It can be done with Filter Everything PRO. You have to mark your portfolio items with Year, Prize and Winner’s Name and store these data in taxonomy terms or in Custom Fields. And you can create filters by all these data.

AS mentioned, the items will be simple posts not portfolio items. We were planning of making the year and prize categories. As for the winner’s, we don’t really know how it would work as a filter since they can’t really be a category…

Ok, sure. Filter Everything filters any Post types. It does not matter – portfolio, post, product or page. If your winners are post titles you can not filter by them because Filter Everything does not support filter by post titles. But this does not make big sense because every title usually is unique and individual for every post.

And also you can design where to store Years and Prize categories – in Custom Fields (post meta) or as Custom Taxonomy or as Category. In all cases you can filter them by any of these entities with Filter Everything.

Thanks for the precision. Do you have any trial period for the pro version? I read both of your product pages (wodpress.org, https://codecanyon.net) and there’s no mention of a trial period.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately there is no trial period for the PRO version. Maybe it will be in the future, I”m not sure.
