Is XMLRPC completely protected from login?

    I need XMLRPC for Ping Services. But I don’t need login via XMLRPC.

    XMLRPC allows an attacker to perform hundreds of brute-force in single request.

    I need to know if this plugin only limit login attempt or disable XMLRPC login completely.
