can you confirm this is the correct place (folder) to save the translations?

languages/plugins/woo-rfq-for-woocommerce-fi.po

There are two other options too. But is this a folder that will not be overwritten when any updates?

I can confirm that we would only update the folder under
wp-content/plugins/woo-rfq-for-woocommerce
