Is WP Edit Pro Plug in Legit

Had Ultimate TinyMCE Plugin but now updated to wp 3.9.1 and now not compatible. I am considering using WP Edit Pro. How does it compare to TinyMCE ? Is it legit ? Will the Table Controls drop down work ?
