Is WordPress 3 compatible with PHP 5.3.5 ?

You should be able to. I would scan trac.www.remarpro.com and see if anyone’s reported issues with the latest PHP.

Make sure your theme is compatible if you use WordPress.

We have upgraded to php 5.3.5 and all sites working fine.

Just we recompiled php-memcache again and that’s all. ??

It’s used in many pages ..

Deprecated doesn’t mean “won’t work”.
