Is Widget Visibility setting gone?

I’m running two WP 4.7.5 sites with Jetpack 4.9. The settings screen for Jetpack only displays: Writing, Sharing, Discussion, Traffic, and Security. No Appearance title is displayed, this is where the setting to enable/disable Widget Visibility was supposed to be displayed, isn’t it?

Widget Visibility was previously disabled, because I disable everything that’s not currently in use. Now that I’d like to enable it in one of the sites, I find it’s gone. Did I miss something here and it’s really gone? Or is there a way to get Widget Visibility back?
