Is variable on_sent_ok possible?

I have one CF7 form used on 4 pages. The form on 3 of those 4 pages needs to redirect users to one ‘thank you’ page, and the form on the fourth page needs to redirect them to another ‘thank you’ page.
Is this possible in any way?
