Is utm_nooverride=1 necessary to maintain transaction attribution in Analytics?
-
Hello,
I installed this plugin on my website and saw the setting for where the plugin should send a customer after a payment is received. The default setting was “/cart/”.For PayPal, In order to maintain proper channel attribution in Google Analytics for a transaction, I would set the return page to “/checkout/order-received?utm_nooverride=1”.
Should I use “/checkout/order-received?utm_nooverride=1” for this plugin, or just “/checkout/order-received” because (I believe) the customer does not leave my website?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best Regards,
Tyler
