Our SEO manager would like to use this plugin on a site but he does not and cannot have administrator access. I usually use a plugin called Admin Menu Editor Pro to hide and show wp-admin menus to user roles. I have done this as usual for Site Kit but the role I setup cannot see the Site Kit menu.

Can you make it possible for a non administrator to manage Site Kit in a future update please?

    Thanks Renee, will do.

A quick workaround for this is to give your SEO manager role the “manage_options” capability. Obvious downside is that the role will be able to manage site settings (Reading, Writing, Permalinks etc…) but you might be able to hide the Settings menu with Admin Menu Editor. Also note that they might still be able to access the settings pages directly with url even if you hide the menu item.

@ooksanen thanks, that would work but I think I’ll just wait for the feature to be added to the plugin. As you said the SEO manager might be able to access those URLs.
