Is Twitter Cards Meta GDPR compatible?

Following up on this!

The way I understand GDPR, Twitter Cards Meta has nothing to do with it. Because –
1) It does not add any tracking javascript
2) It does not collect or store any data of its own
3) There is nothing related to user privacy with this plugin.
