Is this working ok on latest wp versions?

Any idea? what to check?
In the wordpress editor I see those quotes as regular ” “…

PD: as we need this in hurry, we will add add_filter(‘run_wptexturize’, ‘__return_false’); to functions file, maybe when you see that URL it will show regular ones…
