Is this Woocommerce 3.9 compatible?

tja, rare zaak inderdaad.
Ik stuur ze al ruim een jaar elke keer de aankondiging van de WC updates door. Er waren een jaar geleden erge problemen omdat de plugin niet goed werkte met een ruim van te voren aangekondigde update van de plugin.
Jammer dat ze er dus niets mee doen.

yes, you may use the plugin using WC 3.9.1 The message you see is a textfile only and WC checks only if this textfile is in the folder but not the code itself
