Is this type of Woocommerce subscription possible?

Is this dynamic subscription possible with Woocommerce Subscriptions?
When someone subscribes to a service they pay $500 for the first 30 days and then $250 after if they want to continue
1st month – $500
2nd month – $250
3rd month – $250
4th month – $250
And so on..

How do I do this?
Will this work if I use the Sign-up fee?
If I add the Sign-up fee will they still be charged for the Subscription price for the first month?
