Good customer service

  • There is a black bar covering the top inch of the screen. The mouse goes there several times and does “something??”, causing the screen to change to where you install the SSL. I wish I could see what the heck happened behind that (completely unnecessary) black bar covering part of its own tutorial, because I can’t figure it out and it’s driving me nuts. Who makes a tutorial video and literally blocks part of its own video from being visible?

    EDIT: They responded quickly with a new video and it seems better. I haven’t tried installing it yet but I’ll be sure to update once I do. I’m impressed with how quickly they sent a new video, good job guys.

    We don’t think it’s appropriate to leave this review just about a video. The tutorial video involves only WordPress admin & cPanel. There is nothing important behind the black bar. This should Atleast have been a support topic asking which part confused you.

    I see you asked us to have a look at this review.

    While true it does make mention of your video specifically, your plugin also does say, and I quote: “[…] install it via SSL/TLS on your cPanel following the below simple video tutorial”.

    This part makes the video an integral part of your plugin flow, and as such is a perfectly valid basis for a review I feel.

    You may wish to simplify the usage process so that a video tutorial is not required, while a support topic for the bits that the user was confused about would have been nice, it is not a requirement for reviewing their experience, as they did.
