Is this the right plugin?

    Here is what I am trying to do:

    If they select a product and add to the cart, it will ask them a question in the cart. If they qualify, they will be offered the option to self pick up their entire order, or get their whole order delivered. If they answer the question another way, the only option given will be self pick up.

    Some products will not allow you to self pick up.

    If they qualify for delivery and wish to pay for delivery, it will be charged in 2 ways:
    1) transportation charge based on the number of kms from our place – I already have this set up with another plugin so I know it can be done
    2) weight based charge – basically I want it to charge $20 per product as a set up fee (i have an event rental business).
    3) If possible, have additional charges if I have to take an elevator or stairs for delivery

    I know this is a big question and so far I have not had any luck finding a plugin that can do all of this! Let me know if this will work.

    With this plugin, you can set up a shipping charge based on the total order weight. Here is a quick example to check how it works and what it can.

    Everything else would require other plugins and/or custom coding to make that working together.
