• Is s2member still be supported?
Access to support has been disabled on the s2member and WPSharks. Forums/Blogs/Knowledgebases have been discontinued. Last post was 2017. No way to contact developer, sales, or support.

  • Yes the support still exists but it is mainly done via the official WPSharks forum: LINK.

Thank you Seth78. I’ve been searching for support for a week. I’m a pro/unlimited owner. Support links are all disabled, last support posting on their site was 2017. Shame the developers won’t update their site with this new link.

Do you know if s2 is being retired? I’m not asking to be rude, but out of genuine concern. I don’t want to build sites or recommend s2 if it’s going to be retired soon. It’s an extremely powerful membership plugin and I’ve invested a huge amount of time to learn it. Just wondering if I should move on to newer tech?

    Thanks again Seth78

Tom s2member has been negkected for a while but more than one year ago an old developer came back and and he realized a couple of new releases already.

A few days ago a new add-on was released, and more are supposed to come in the future.
So I can reassure you: I run s2member in a few websites myself, and I know you will be happy to know there is still someone behind it.

If you log into your account you’ll see there is a new version that was released a few weeks ago.

    Good luck with your websites!

Support for s2Member was initially slowed down in 2017, as the creators of the plugin stopped following their plugin.
Fortunately, some people (mainly Cristián Lávaque) have officially taken over the support and updates for this wonderful plugin, so you can rest easy ??

    Thank you leoravera and seth78

That is fantastic and relieving to hear! It’s by far the best member plugin out there, even though it’s starting to get a tiny bit stale. Hopefully Cristián will polish it up ??

I’ll sign up on the new support forum and post my questions there.
    All the best!
