Is this project alive and secure?

It seems that the plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 years. A few jetpack vulnerabilities has been disclosed the last two years. One of them was yesterday so does anybody know if this plugin is currently secure and not affected by any vulnerabilities of jetpack the last few years?
