Is this possible without modifying plugin?

I am using your plugin to meet the below requirement . Is it possible to meet the below task after submission of the submit button on last step?

Task:

Upon completion of this survey (on submit), the website pops up an overlay window
and asks the user whether he/she wants to register to our site, so he/she
can preserve the results of or survey as every time when he runs. This is
optional for the user. The user can tap over either – “? Get Me Register? ”
button or “? Not Now? ” button.

If the user selects “Not Now” option then the overlay window gets
disappear and the page shows the result of the assessment. The user can
either request for download or email the result to him.

And, if the user selects “Get Me Register” option then, he/she is redirected
to the registration page, where he/she provides very basic information as –
-Name (First Name + Last Name)
-Email Id
-Contact #
-DOB
-Gender (Male/Female)

-Upon submitting the registration form, the website sends an
acknowledgment mail to the user-provided email id, containing a link (or
code) for verifying the account.

-The registered user can access archive assessments as well as the website
keeps logging the assessment as every time use runs it.

If possible, can you please guide me through the process?
It will be a great help from your side.
