  • Hi jgessentials,

You can definitely arrange FAQs by category with UFAQ ??

For example, on our demo we have the FAQs in “Common Maintenance”… “Costs”… “FAQ Product”… etc: https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/ultimate-faq-demo/

To set them up like this, just follow these steps after installing UFAQ:
    – Create your categories
    – Create your FAQs (and add them to the categories)
    – Go to Settings -> Ordering and set “Group FAQs by Category” to Yes
    – If you want the answers to show without clicking, go to Basic setting, and set “Display All Answers” to Yes

It would be helpful If this was not a global setting and could be overridden in either case. Ex: If “Group by Category” = No, Shortcode to evaluate its results with Yes and vice versa.

We’ll note this down as a feature request. Thank you for the suggestion.
