Is this possible ? Drop Down Buttons Show Posts, not categories

Hello.

I have searched the world over for an answer to this and have found nothing.

Is it possible to have my drop down menu link directly to posts instead of going to the category? This would make my website a lot more professional as it is a static website and I only have 1 post per category, so it seems kind of silly to send my visitors to the category listing of just 1 post.
