Is this possible…?

  • Hi,
    we’re using the free version for years and it’s great.
    Now the client has a new need to be implemented and I want to check if this is possible to achieve:
    the customers can order the whole day 10:00 – 18:00 6 days a week
    they can (only) pickup their order at the shop on the same day or later, also between 10:00 and 18:00

    and now the new thing:
    customers can’t order anymore between 11:30 and 13:30 with a selected pickup time at the same day, between 12:00 and 14:00. In other words: they should be able to technically place an order even between 11:30 and 13:30, but the possibility to select the time slots between 12:00 and 14:00 for pickup on the same day, should be eliminated (greyed out or whatever).

    If possible, how to do this?

    Hi,

    It is not possible in the free version, in the pro version it gives a option of time slot

    so you can create your custom time to be shown in the time slot and in that you can remove out the time of the day that you don’t want in the time picker

    ok, i wasn’t sure if the time slot was adapting to the time of the day.

    so the slot can be programmed that between certain times no pickup is available, ONLY when the customer is trying to order between other certain times.

    Can you confirm that please?

    Time slots also getting blocked when time has gone above the slot end time

    you can create slot with only start time as well

    I tried but I’m unable to find out how to do this. I see that slots can be set to not accept orders, but I don’t see the possibility to set that this rule/slot only would work when ordering between x and y hours. I see it only as a general rule for the whole day.
    Perhaps you can make an example in that demo??

    Sorry I think I did not understood your requirement properly, you cant restrict that at this time only this time slot to be shown
